If you have a large enough army, some of your Mobs might fall off the edge of the staircase as they jostle their way up, so building some extra stairs is handy for creating a larger ramp. They can also be used to destroy any buildings that suddenly spring up before they can cause you trouble.īastion outposts are often surrounded by moats of lava, with a few staircases leading up to their gates and the rest of the base. This time, though, you can harness their explosive power to your advantage, sending them into Bastion outposts and leaving them wide open for attacks from the rest of your army. Expect lots of walls, defenses that can fire over their walls and at a great distance, and even their own builders! While they are fully capable of summoning an army to defend their base, most of their strength lies in the structures and walls around their outposts, which means that one of your allies can make short work of their outposts: Creepers.Ĭreepers like to explode, as any Minecraft veteran knows, and they’re often responsible for many players’ homes being destroyed. They’re all about bastions, as you might expect, which means they like to bunker down and build defensive structures to keep their Portal safe.
